Nonexempt Deliver More Than Equipment—Deliver Reliability. As a Truck Driver, you'll play a vital role in connecting our customers with the equipment they need to keep their operations moving. Every delivery represents our commitment to safety, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. In this role, you'll transport heavy equipment between our dealership locations and customer sites, safely load and unload machinery, and ensure every shipment arrives on time and in excellent condition.

What You'll Do:

Safely transport equipment between dealership locations and customer sites. Haul wide loads while complying with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Load and unload heavy equipment during pickups and deliveries. Follow all company safety policies and maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, mileage, and hours worked. Obtain required customer signatures and delivery documentation. Partner with management to ensure a positive customer experience from pickup through delivery. Accurately account for travel time and distance associated with assigned routes. Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

At least one year of experience operating a semi-trailer truck. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Excellent driving record. Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment. Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment. Experience loading and unloading heavy equipment preferred. Ability to remain focused, alert, and safe during extended driving periods. Ability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent experience. Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional overnight travel. Why Sloan Implement? Pay Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $19 to $27. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base hourly wage for this role. Based on factor such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.

In Season Hours:

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 7am-12pm or 7am-3pm (rotation) / Hours will vary with this position.

Off Season/Winter Hours:

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm / Hours will vary with this position.

•Off season hours are from November-March. Start and end date to winter hours is dependent on year and subject to change.
