SOLO Truck Drivers Starting Pay:

$0.70/mile $85,000 - $100,000+ per year Average Over 2,500 miles/week (Eastern Region + Texas Area) Consistent Routes Expected to stay out 10-14 days at a time

TEAM Truck Drivers Pay Range:

$0.95/mile $115,000 - $125,000+ per year Average Over 5,000 miles/week Weekly home time

Must be at least 23 years old Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Minimum 24 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (or 36 months within 5 years) Clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No serious violations (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, excessive speeding, leaving the scene, etc.) No more than: 2 at-fault accidents in the past 36 months 3 at-fault accidents in the past 60 months Must pass: DOT drug screen DOT physical (minimum 6-month certification) Company road test Xpress Global Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
