We are looking for someone who understands the trucking industry, knows how to communicate with drivers, follows up consistently, and can help bring qualified drivers into the company. Responsibilities Recruit CDL-A drivers and communicate with potential candidates Screen applicants and help identify qualified drivers Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process Assist drivers with questions and concerns Maintain communication with drivers and internal departments Help with recruiting and HR-related documentation Maintain and organize candidate information and records Build and maintain good relationships with drivers Use recruiting platforms, email, spreadsheets, and other company systems Assist with other recruiting and HR-related tasks as needed Requirements Previous CDL-A driver recruiting experience Experience in the trucking or logistics industry Good English communication skills Uzbek and Russian is a plus Strong communication and people skills Strong follow-up skills Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling multiple candidates and tasks at the same time Strong computer skills and ability to work with email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, spreadsheets, online platforms, and other office software Ability to learn new systems and software quickly What We Offer $18-$22 per hour Full-time position Growth opportunities Stable work environment Supportive team If you have experience recruiting CDL-A drivers, understand the trucking industry, and know how to build strong relationships with drivers, we would like to hear from you.
