Drivers to join our client. Two Freightliner trucks are ready now , so we are prioritizing qualified drivers who can complete the hiring process and get on the road quickly. This is a solo Over-the-Road (OTR) Dry Van position with consistent freight, professional dispatch, and 24/7 support. Drivers should be comfortable staying out approximately 3-4 weeks at a time , followed by home time. Compensation $0.75 CPM Approximately $2,500-$3,000 per week , depending on miles $1,000 driver sign-on bonus Weekly pay Consistent freight to help maximize miles and earnings Schedule & Home Time This is an OTR position, so there is no fixed day or night shift . Driving schedules will depend on assigned loads and the driver's available Hours of Service (HOS) . Drivers should expect to remain OTR for approximately 3-4 weeks at a time , followed by home time. This is an immediate hiring need . The trucks are already available, so priority will be given to experienced drivers who meet the requirements and are ready to get on the road as soon as possible.
