920 W Taylor Rd Romeoville, IL 60446 JCP Express, a FedEx Ground contractor is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of the Romeoville terminal. We are looking for dependable individuals who show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in doing the job right. This is a fast-paced, physically active position. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $20/hour Weekly pay Additional workdays available Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance Holiday pay Vacation time after 1 year Company-provided uniforms and vehicles Performance-based incentives Supportive management team Safety-focused culture What You'll Do Deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the local area Operate company-provided cargo vans and box trucks Load and organize your vehicle for the day Work independently while maintaining communication with management Provide professional customer service Safely complete your route in an efficient manner Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week No Sundays Start time 8AM Routes dispatch by 9:30 AM Most drivers finish around 5:30PM (once deliveries have completed the route) Requirements At least 21 years old Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to pass a drug screen, DOT physical, and background check Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment We are looking for drivers who want to be part of a professional operation, contribute to a strong team, and build a long-term career opportunity.
