No CDL Required | Local Yard Operations | Home Daily We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Yard Driver / Yard Jockey to keep trailers moving efficiently throughout a busy warehouse operation.

Shift:

6am - 2pm If you have experience operating a yard truck, hostler, or spotter and enjoy a fast-paced logistics environment, this could be a strong opportunity for you. This is a NON-DOT position. A CDL is not required. What You'll Do Move trailers safely between dock doors and yard staging locations. Operate a yard truck/spotter truck throughout the facility. Keep dock doors supplied with trailers to support warehouse operations. Inspect trailers and equipment before and during use. Connect and disconnect trailer lines and equipment safely. Complete basic equipment checks and minor non-mechanical adjustments. Maintain accurate trailer movement and yard documentation. Communicate with warehouse teams and outside drivers. Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe. Follow all established safety procedures and operating standards. What We're Looking For Yard jockey, yard hostler, spotter, or similar experience preferred. Experience safely maneuvering trailers in a warehouse or distribution environment. Strong safety awareness. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving operation. Ability to climb in and out of equipment, walk throughout the yard, and handle trailer connections. Must satisfy company driving and MVR standards applicable to NON-DOT positions.
