The Job You're the Driver/Crew Lead on each delivery. You'll make sure every order is loaded right, tied down safe, and delivered with a professional attitude. When you're not on the road, you'll help in the warehouse keeping things moving and organized. What you'll do: Lead each delivery and make sure customers get 5-star service Load trucks (by hand or forklift — we'll train you) Verify and secure loads safely Perform pre-trip inspections and keep DOT logs up to date Deliver materials safely to job sites (ground or rooftop) Snap a few pics for delivery documentation Help around the warehouse — stock, pull orders, keep it clean What You Need Valid CDL A or B with Air Brake Endorsement Can drive a manual transmission (a plus) Able to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly (yep, those 80-lb shingle bundles) Comfortable working on rooftops Clean driving record (no suspensions in the last 5 years) Able to pass a drug screen and background check Forklift experience? Great. If not — we'll show you how.
