Job Description

Woody Bogler Trucking is seeking an experienced End Dump Truck Driver to haul regional freight throughout Missouri and the Midwest. In this role, you will safely operate late-model end dump equipment, perform accurate pre- and post-trip inspections, and handle loading, dumping, and weight distribution according to company and DOT standards. You'll maintain proper logs, follow FMCSA regulations, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities Safely operate end dump truck on regional routes in Missouri and the Midwest Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues Load, transport, and dump materials following weight, balance, and safety requirements Maintain accurate logs, ELD records, and required DOT documentation Comply with all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and issues Provide professional, courteous service to customers and site personnel Follow route plans while adapting safely to traffic, weather, and road conditions Keep truck clean, organized, and in compliance with inspection standards Participate in safety meetings and training to support continuous improvement Required Skills CDL Class A driving End dump operation Vehicle inspection (pre/post trip)
