Description Your Role:

Provides on-the-job warehouse training for new and current employees. Provides training on

safety and other key job functions within the warehouse.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Trains assigned personnel to accurately, consistently, & safely use warehouse management systems, along with material handling equipment & supplies

Serves as a coach and mentor to assigned personnel

Evaluates performance of assigned personnel

Follows and applies standard work and work instructions

Works to eliminate waste in all areas of the position

YOU MUST HAVE

Must be currently employed by Dot Foods or Dot Transportation, Inc.

In good standing, Manager approval

High School Diploma or GED

Demonstrated on-the-job behaviors that reflect positive and constructive approaches to

business issues.

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

Bachelor's Degree

Prior success in a leadership or training role

Strong communication skills

ROLE SPECIFICS
Schedule:

Thursday, Friday and Saturday 5:30pm-6:00am

Environment:

Working in below negative temperatures to high heat temperatures

Travel:

Occasional overnight to travel required. Must have the ability to travel independently as needed,

without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train
