Full Job Description Route Delivery Driver Job Description:

Culligan of Wheaton is currently seeking individuals with driving and delivery experience to work as a route delivery driver. This position is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, delivering bottled water and softener salt. Sales prospecting for new customers is also encouraged. The Route Driver is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and developing new sales.

We are Culligan USA's first franchise. Founded in Wheaton, IL in 1938, we have grown to become one of the premier dealerships in the Chicago suburbs. We have been servicing DuPage County for over 75 years.

Responsibilities:

Deliver water, salt and other company products in an efficient and timely manner Maintain company vehicles and equipment Build strong customer relationships on a daily basis with the objective of continuing and renewing business. Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner Accurately complete all required paperwork on a daily basis. Warehouse duties, regenerating softeners, checking in shipments, maintaining inventory Work in all areas of the business as directed

Requirements:

Prior route sales experience preferred (not required) High School Diploma or GED equivalent Valid Driver's License, with ability to obtain class C driver's license and have a clean driving record Ability to lift / push / pull up over 100 lbs. on a daily basis Ability to follow daily route procedures Knowledge of DuPage County area Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Punctual and reliable attendance Neat and customer oriented Working knowledge of Android operating system
