Company Job Details Pay built to last. Earn up to $95,000 per year, with base pay starting at 70CPM and average weekly miles of 2,200-2,700.
Home time you can plan around. Get home weekly for your 34-hour reset, with nights home every other day in the greater Chicago area. Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% pre-loaded dry van freight, cutting down on wait time and keeping your week productive. Get paid to get started. Earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus plus $500 orientation pay as you get rolling.
Coverage that backs you up. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and paid holidays. Modern equipment. Run late-model 2022-2026 trucks, with newer models available in select hiring areas. Referrals that really pay. Uncapped referral program

Dedicated CDL-A Driver
Lease Purchase Job Details Revenue that rewards your business. Top 25% of earners make $3,000+ per week, running $1.35/mi on all miles, loaded and empty, with drivers earning up to $150,000 per year.
Miles that add up. Run an average of 2,400 miles per week on 100% drop & hook, pre-loaded freight. A strong start. Earn a $5,000 transition bonus paid out over your first 10 weeks, plus $500 orientation pay.
