Instructing, evaluating and preparing new trainees for over the road truck driving.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following :- Conduct instruction and hands-on training related to all aspects of commercial over-the-road truck driving that trainees are required to master before being released into their own tractor-trailer unit.
- Constructively evaluate trainees.
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Ability to communicate and interact with trainees in a learning environment.
- Must hold and maintain a valid Class "A" Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
- Excellent driving record.
- Prior driving experience.
- Experience backing and operating a tractor-trailer unit in town and confined spaces.
