Job description Roll-Off Driver - CDL Class B Join a small, rapidly growing, faith-based company where good people and hard work matter. We're looking for a dependable Roll-Off Driver with a CDL Class B to join our team. This is more than a driving job—we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, their equipment, and being part of a growing team.
What we require:
Valid CDL Class B Clean driving record for the past 3 years Drug-free and able to meet DOT drug testing requirements Dependable, safety-minded, and professional Good work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed We service and maintain our own trucks , so mechanical, welding, equipment maintenance, or general hands-on skills are a major plus. We value people who can do more than just drive and are willing to pitch in when needed.

$1,000 sign-on bonus — time released 40 hours guaranteed year-round , even during slower winter months Overtime opportunities during our busy season Weekly pay Uniform, boot stipend, paid holidays provided after 90 days One week paid vacation after 1 year employment Future plans to add a 401(k) Faith-based, family-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a small company that is growing rapidly A note on benefits: We do not currently offer health insurance, but we're actively working toward adding additional employee benefits as we grow.
