truck drivers out of Indianapolis, IN. Run over-the-road, 100% no-touch dry van freight with every mile paid

• from our newest terminal, in our newest trucks.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

$0.70 per mile base. ALL miles paid

• loaded AND empty. +$0.10 per mile once you run 13,000 dispatched miles in a month
• paid retroactively on ALL your miles that month, not just the ones over 13,000. Most carriers pay only the miles above the line. We don't. Up to +$0.05 per mile fuel efficiency bonus. $0.85 per mile with both bonuses earned. $1,960 to $2,780 per week. 2,800 guaranteed miles per week. Our Indianapolis drivers average 3,000 to 3,300. $1,000 hiring bonus, paid in stages. NO contract, NO clawback

$700 driver referral bonus, plus Driver of the Month ($300). Extra pay for detention, layover, extra stops, early departure and breakdowns.

HOME TIME OTR

schedule: out about 2 to 3 weeks, home 3 to 7 days. Consistent miles and direct communication with your dispatcher. Secure personal-vehicle parking at our terminal while you are on the road.

• we do NOT require 2 years.

Current, valid DOT medical card. Clean MVR and clear DOT Clearinghouse, no unresolved items. At least 23 years old.
