Laborer/Driver Crop Fertility Specialist - Retail Crop Fertility Specialists/Kova Ag Products is a family owned and operated Ag Company. • Be able to follow directions or GPS to get from office to field and field to field
• Safely operate loader and blending equipment
• Follow company established safety policies and procedures
• Be responsible for daily maintenance, equipment cleanliness and readiness, and compliance with regulations for blending equipment, and facilities.
• Blending, mixing, occasional delivering, loading and unloading fertilizer, ag chemicals, and other farm products as directed.
• Attend continuing education courses to maintain a quality level of knowledge about products, regulations, and customer relations.
• In the off-season, may be required to assist other personnel in the repair and maintenance of all equipment types as specified by the location manager.

• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully towards customers, co-workers, and supervisor Preferred Qualifications
• Class B or Class A CDL or ability to obtain either; or ability to obtain Ag CDL
• Prior Ag experience a plus but not required
• Mechanical knowledge Physical/Environmental Demands

Physical:

Standing, walking, climbing ladder; Basic Math skills; Can lift 60 pounds; Can sit for extended periods

Environmental:

Exposure to dusty, dirty, or muddy work conditions; Most work is done outside; potential for some long hours and weekends seasonally Benefits
