Aggregates About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate Euclid stock trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials throughout the quarry. Perform pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues to support safe operations. Maintain proper haul routes and dumping procedures to optimize production flow. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other equipment operators to coordinate daily activities. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational policies while achieving production goals. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial or outdoor environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Capability to follow operating procedures, directions, and production schedules. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and communicate equipment concerns. Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced quarry operation. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
