Job Description

TransForce Inc. seeks Local Non-CDL or CDL B drivers with Hazmat to support safe, reliable transportation for regional customers. In this role, you'll complete local pick ups and deliveries, handle and secure hazardous materials per DOT and company standards, and perform accurate paperwork, logs, and inspections. Drivers follow strict safety procedures, conduct pre/post trip inspections, and communicate with dispatch for routing and schedules. You'll represent TransForce with professional, courteous service while supporting a safety focused, compliant, and efficient freight operation close to home. Responsibilities Perform local pick-ups and deliveries for regional customers Safely transport and handle hazardous materials per DOT and company policies Complete accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and related paperwork Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues Follow all safety, compliance, and Hazmat handling procedures Communicate with dispatch on routes, schedules, and customer needs Provide professional, courteous customer service at delivery locations Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic preventive care Required Skills Local delivery driving Hazmat handling DOT regulations compliance Vehicle inspection Load securement Route navigation Time management Paperwork and documentation Customer service Safety procedures
