Schedule:
Monday-Friday. Weekends are not mandatory but you may be asked if you want the hours.
Compensation:
$20-$23 per hour (based on experience)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Roll-Off Dumpster Truck Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will operate a roll-off truck to deliver, pick up, and transport dumpsters for residential, commercial, and construction customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CDL driver seeking consistent part-time work with a stable and locally owned company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate roll-off trucks and delivering (typically 20-30 yard containers) to customer sites and back to the landfill or transfer station.
  • Load, unload, and secure dumpsters using hydraulic hoist systems.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate daily logs and paperwork.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients on-site and addressing basic service needs.
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols at all times.
  • Keep the truck clean and perform very minor maintenance as needed. (We have an in-house mechanic).
  • Use our scheduling software to view schedule, upload dump tickets, clock in and out, etc.
(A company iPad can be given if you prefer not to use your phone).
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of commercial driving experience (roll-off or dump truck experience strongly preferred).
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.
  • Strong attention to safety and commitment to following regulations.
  • Physically fit - must be able to climb, lift, and maneuver in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the yard.
