Operate late-model, well-maintained tractors and trailers while following all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations. Plan routes, manage logs with ELD systems, complete pre/post-trip inspections, secure freight, and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities Operate CDL A tractor-trailer for regional and over-the-road dry van routes Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety and hours-of-service regulations Use ELD systems to maintain accurate driver logs and documentation Secure, load, and unload freight safely and efficiently as required Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and driver support teams Plan routes and manage time to meet on-time pickup and delivery windows Maintain clean, well-cared-for equipment and report maintenance issues promptly Follow company policies focused on safety, reliability, and customer service Support a respectful, professional, and family-oriented work environment Required Skills CDL Class A truck operation
