Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Feed Truck Driver to join our Class A CDL team in Woodburn, Indiana. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 a month for 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination)

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with the possibility of working weekends and holidays

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$23.80 with the potential of increasing to $24.30 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.

Job functions include:

Delivering feed as scheduled with a positive attitude Properly disinfecting trucks and using proper biosecurity attire Responsible for completing driver logs and inspection reports on a daily basis Assisting in other areas of the Feed Mill when needed, including hauling grain, grinding grain, dumping wagons and trucks, and mill cleaning
