Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over various distances while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle, following all state and federal regulations
  • Transport goods over intercity or interstate routes
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Maintain accurate driving logs and records
  • Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedule
  • Qualifications:
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving
  • Familiarity with regional lanes and refrigerated trailers
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Knowledge of basic automotive repair for minor issues on the road
  • Experience with tractor-trailer units and heavy equipment operation
