We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Route Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the delivery of clean linens and the collection of soiled linens from customer locations, primarily serving restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses. As a Route Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service each week. Responsibilities Deliver clean linens, uniforms, and related products to customer locations according to scheduled routes. Collect soiled linens and return them to our facility for processing. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Verify deliveries and pickups for accuracy. Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry linen carts and bags weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous delivery, route service, warehouse, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
