Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Job description: We are searching for a Maintenance Technician to perform effective, efficient, and timely maintenance services to our corporate office and our residential properties. Technicians must utilize skills such as general HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. This position will be required to drive routes transporting our clients and become a KDOT certified driver. Technicians must pass a background test and pre-employment drug screen.
