We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our Newton operations team. This versatile position will support several areas of transportation, long haul, and yard operations. Incentive Programs $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Paid at 90 days, 180 days, and 365 days Safety Bonus

- Drive well-maintained box trucks equipped with automatic transmissions, lift gates, and 24-hour roadside assistance Primary Responsibilities Serve as the backup driver for Newton roll-off operations.
Operate roll-off equipment safely and efficiently following training. Work as a yard jockey, moving and positioning trailers into and out of the yard. Inspect trailers and equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns. Provide swing and backup coverage for long-haul routes when primary Newton responsibilities are covered. Complete required driver logs, inspection reports, and other transportation documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations personnel, and other drivers. Maintain a professional attitude and provide dependable, flexible coverage based on operational needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Priorities of the Position Provide coverage for Newton roll-off operations. Move trailers into and out of the Newton yard. Support the long-haul system as needed. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Current DOT medical certification. Acceptable motor vehicle record and ability to meet company and insurance requirements. Ability and willingness to learn roll-off equipment operation and yard jockey duties. Willingness to provide long-haul coverage as needed. Strong safety awareness and attention to detail. Dependable attendance and the flexibility to adjust to changing operational needs. Ability to perform required vehicle inspections and safely enter and exit commercial vehicles. Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings. Preferred Qualifications Previous roll-off, yard jockey, or long-haul driving experience. Experience maneuvering trailers in busy or confined yard environments. Familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging devices. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Day shift Overnight travel as required
