Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray, harvest and haul grain, soybean and cotton commodities. Calve out calves during the calving season. Care for newborn calves and nursing mothers. Vaccinate and treat for seasonal sicknesses. Fix and repair fencing. General farm maintenance duties such as servicing equipment, shop work and snow removal. Fully furnished kitchen provided. Workers will have access to grocery stores at least once per week. The employer will provide a vehicle directly to the workers to drive themselves to and from the jobsite and housing as necessary on a day-to-day basis. There is no set schedule; generally, the workers will travel to and from the jobsite just before and after the workday. The workers will also be able to use the vehicle for personal errands and groceries at least once per week.
