Job Summary:
  • Transport patients in a non-emergency medical setting
  • Starting pay: $20.85
  • $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • 2-week paid training course, including certification in:
  • Non-emergency transportation
  • Wheelchair and gurney use
  • Behavioral health
  • Defensive driving
  • Certification training conducted by a certified EMT
  • Commitment: 6 months to 1 year
  • If commitment is not met, training costs must be reimbursed to employer
Job Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Reliable vehicle (company vehicle provided for job use only)
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including one day on weekends (Friday or Saturday)
  • Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
  • Professional attire required (khaki or black pants, work polo shirt)
Training and Certification:
  • 2-week paid training course, $15.50/hr
  • Certification in non-emergency transportation and related areas
  • Contract signing at the end of training, committing to 6 months to 1 year
