Job Summary:
- Transport patients in a non-emergency medical setting
- Starting pay: $20.85
- $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
- 2-week paid training course, including certification in:
- Non-emergency transportation
- Wheelchair and gurney use
- Behavioral health
- Defensive driving
- Certification training conducted by a certified EMT
- Commitment: 6 months to 1 year
- If commitment is not met, training costs must be reimbursed to employer
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Reliable vehicle (company vehicle provided for job use only)
- Clean background check
- Ability to work a set schedule, including one day on weekends (Friday or Saturday)
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
- Professional attire required (khaki or black pants, work polo shirt)
Training and Certification:
- 2-week paid training course, $15.50/hr
- Certification in non-emergency transportation and related areas
- Contract signing at the end of training, committing to 6 months to 1 year
