In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating a rollback and related equipment to recover, load, and transport vehicles efficiently. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge will ensure that each vehicle is handled with precision and care. • Operate rollback and wrecker equipment to recover disabled or illegally parked vehicles promptly and safely
• Load, unload, and secure vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during recovery processes and resolving conflicts professionally
• Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle details for record-keeping purposes
• Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies during vehicle recovery operations Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and medical card.
• Hands-on experience operating rollback and tow equipment is a must!
• Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment.
