JD Contractors & Lawnscaping LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced CDL Driver to join our team. This is a full-time position that combines roll-off dumpster transportation, material deliveries, and general landscaping work when driving duties are not needed. Responsibilities Deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters at apartment communities, job sites, and other customer locations. Safely load, transport, drop, and retrieve roll-off containers. Deliver construction, landscaping, and other materials to crews at various job sites. Perform daily truck and equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Secure loads and operate company vehicles safely and professionally. Maintain communication with the office regarding deliveries, pickups, job locations, and schedule changes. Assist landscaping crews and perform general outdoor labor when there are no roll-off deliveries or pickups scheduled. Landscaping duties may include mowing, trimming, cleanup, mulch installation, debris removal, and other general property maintenance. Keep company trucks and equipment clean and organized. Follow all DOT, company, and job-site safety requirements. Work Area Most of our work is located throughout the Louisville, Kentucky area , as well as Clarksville and Jeffersonville, Indiana . Occasional trips to Lexington, Kentucky may also be required depending on scheduled projects, material deliveries, or roll-off needs. Requirements Valid CDL required. Clean and acceptable driving record. Roll-off truck experience is preferred. Must be comfortable driving to multiple job sites throughout the day. Ability to safely operate trucks and equipment. Must be willing and able to perform landscaping and general outdoor labor when driving work is not scheduled. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to communicate with office staff and crews throughout the workday. Ability to lift and handle materials associated with landscaping and construction work. Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Schedule Monday through Friday - Full-Time Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on workload, dumpster deliveries/pickups, or project needs. Pay $25.00 per hour This position is a combination of CDL driving and general labor . Applicants should understand that when roll-off deliveries and pickups are not scheduled, they will be expected to assist our landscaping crews or with other company work as needed.
