The Installation Specialist is a critical role for Elsmere Ironworks. The Installation Specialist is the face of the business for many of our customers. As the Installation Specialist, you will operate both in the shop as well as at customer sites. You will be primarily responsible for installation of the completed product. This role carries significant responsibilities for the timely delivery and high-quality end product that our customers desire.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent

KEY ABILITIES

1. Must have a valid driver's license. 2. Must have a clean driving record. 3. Must have the ability to meet all DOT compliance for vehicle operation. 4. Must have welding certification or significant on the job experience (>5 years) 5. Must be able to operate various tools as necessary, including but not limited to: a. Core drill b. Auger c. Hammer drill d. Various welders e. Grinder f. Hand tool proficiency g. Accurate measuring skills 6. Must have physical abilities to do the following: a. Lift 80 lbs. repeatedly b. Stoop, sit, stand for extended periods of time. c. Ascend and descend stairs. d. Climb ladders. e. Working in all forms of weather

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. TRUCK

a. Tracking when oil and equipment needs changed. b. Clean and organized at all times. c. Keeping adequate fuel levels d. Securing ALL loads prior to departure e. Safe and responsible driving f. Ensuring truck has proper supplies prior to departure. 2.

CUSTOMER INTERACTION

a. Delivery of invoices and acceptance of payment for completed projects. b. Need to have a positive attitude at all times.
