Graduates of an accredited CDL school can continue developing their skills through this paid mentorship program in Georgetown, Kentucky. At 10-4 Logistics, qualified CDL-school graduates receive one-on-one training with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. The program is designed to help participants operate safely and confidently as solo drivers. After successfully completing training, drivers receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
