Duties Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other specialized equipment, to recover and transport vehicles Perform vehicle diagnostics and minor mechanical repairs as needed to prepare vehicles for towing or delivery Secure vehicles properly using cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit Load and unload vehicles safely onto tow trucks, adhering to all safety standards and procedures Conduct basic vehicle troubleshooting to identify issues that may affect towing or recovery operations Follow vehicle mechanics for truck drivers guidelines to ensure optimal performance of tow trucks Manage vehicle recovery towing operations efficiently, including accident scenes or breakdowns, while maintaining clear communication with dispatch and customers Skills Proven experience with automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, and minor mechanical vehicle repairs Expertise in cargo securement protocols, safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, and vehicle recovery towing procedures Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, manual transmission operation, and adherence to traffic laws Ability to manage conflict effectively while providing outstanding customer service in challenging situations Join us in delivering reliable roadside assistance with professionalism and enthusiasm!
