Overview We at LC Hauling are seeking a reliable and skilled Rollback Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers and rollback trucks, and possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This role involves transporting construction equipment to designated locations while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Safely operate a Rollback truck and construction equipment during loading and unloading. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws. Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual handling techniques as necessary. Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Ensure that all cargo is secured properly before transport to prevent damage during transit. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) Class A preferred. Proven experience in truck driving. Rollback experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles is required. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently is a plus. Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. A commitment to maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to company policies. Basic smart phone knowledge, and the ability to use our apps effectively.
