(Department of Transportation) regulations Full Job Description CDL school prepares you to earn your license. This paid mentor program at 10-4 Logistics helps prepare you to operate safely and confidently as a solo driver. Qualified CDL-school graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned truck and move into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet. Program Highlights Paid one-on-one driver mentorship $850 per week throughout training Weekly Friday pay Training focused on safe, real-world driving Assigned equipment after successful completion Continued support from a 24/7 dispatch team After Training Average solo earnings of $1,600
  • 1,800+ per week Eastern Regional routes No-touch dry van freight Weekly or bi-weekly home time options Company-paid tolls Fuel program Pet and rider program Primary Responsibilities Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely Complete regional pickups and deliveries Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate electronic logs Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Recent completion of an accredited CDL program At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction Safe driving record Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance is available from day one.
