ON BONUS PROGRAM

For a limited time, we are offering a $6,00 sign on bonus for all newly hired drivers. You will be awarded a $2,000 bonus at you 60 day anniversary date; another $2,000 at your 120 day anniversary date, and a final $2,000 bonus at the end of your 180 day anniversary date. All of our drivers are home every weekend, and oftentimes, at least once mid-week. Company Overview ViWintech specializes in manufacturing high-performance vinyl windows and patio doors designed to enhance the beauty and energy efficiency of homes. Our sister company, Brown Transportation Inc. is seeking energetic and reliable Semi Route Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering vinyl windows and patio doors to our customers' locations, ensuring timely and professional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We pay bi-weekly, and pay overtime for all hours worked over 40 in a work-week. Health insurance is provided for our drivers (employee only) for the cost of only $1.00 per YEAR ($.04 per payday). All drivers receive a $20.00 per diem for overnight stays. New model Freightliners with auto transmissions and sleeper berths. Must have a minimum of 1 year OTR experience, and be in good physical shape. Must have had a CDL-A license for at least 1 year. Must be customer-oriented. Must be able to move windows to back of trailer for delivery at the customer's facility. Your own dedicated truck. You will not share your truck with any other driver. Uniform shirts and jeans are maintained and provided to drivers. Private and secured locked parking is available at our manufacturing plant for your personal vehicle while on the road.
