Front Load CDL Driver

• $21•25/Hour Blue Moon Sanitation | Full-Time Blue Moon Sanitation is a local, family-owned waste company looking for a dependable, professional, and safety-minded Front Load CDL Driver to join our team.

This position operates a front-load garbage truck servicing commercial dumpsters on an assigned route and transporting waste to the landfill or transfer station.

Pay:

$21.00

00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Safely operate a front-load commercial garbage truck Service commercial dumpsters on an assigned route Transport collected waste to the landfill and/or transfer station Follow assigned routes using a tablet or paper route sheets Complete required DOT pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Check tires, lights, fluids, safety equipment, and other vehicle components Document completed stops, blocked containers, and service issues Safely maneuver a commercial truck around customer properties, parking lots, and tight areas Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and coworkers Follow company safety procedures and

driver qualification requirements Dependable attendance and ability to report to work on time Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device for routing Able to work independently and safely complete an assigned route Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions Able to climb in and out of the truck throughout the workday Able to lift 50+ lbs. when necessary Experience Previous front-load or garbage truck experience is preferred , but experienced Class A or B CDL drivers from other commercial driving backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
