CDL Class B - Waste Collection-Roll Off DriverAs a CDL Class B Truck Driver, Roll Off, you operate a garbage truck to provide residential trash and recycling pickup within about 150 miles of home. You lift and carry residential waste and deposit it into a compactor, stay attentive to safety throughout the day, and report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to the management team. Each day, you're happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office.

RESPONSIBILITIESComplete daily pre and post trip inspectionsComply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods, etc.) as well as company policies and proceduresManeuver garbage trucks into loading or unloading positionsReport any and all defects, accidents, or violationsCarry out other duties as needed or instructed

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalentClass B driving experienceNo more than one moving violation on your MVR within the last 3 yearsMust be at least 21 years of ageCDL Class
