Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and other freight to various job sites and disposal locations. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, route navigation, and cargo handling will ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks with Automatic transmission across diverse routes. Load and unload cargo using truck-mounted equipment, following proper manual handling procedures and safety protocols. Navigate using GPS systems to reach designated delivery points accurately and on time. Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) rules, and hazardous materials regulations when transporting dangerous goods or hazardous materials. Maintain detailed logs of trips, cargo manifests, and delivery documentation in accordance with logistics standards. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and resolve any route or cargo issues promptly. Requirements Valid class B CDL Ability to pass a Drug screening Ability to operate an automatic dump truck.
