SUMMARY:
This job requires you to travel to Populaville for jobs as well as in Franklinton. This job is a local, home everyday job opportunity! The primary responsibilities of this position are to support daily operations through our driving jobs such as delivery, spreading and fertilizing. Our company expects to deliver a great customer experience while being accurate, friendly and efficient; to answer customer inquiries in-person in a friendly and professional manner; and to perform other tasks as required in an efficient and safe manner, within Company policy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following and other duties may be assigned. Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical items and safety issues and report them to maintenance. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicle interior and exterior; refuel as needed. Maintain daily record of delivery times and locations. Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations. Monitor loading and unloading of goods. Pickup and deliver goods as required. Ensure cargo is well secured. Turn in all paperwork for proper processing. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Collect and verify delivery instructions. Check in with supervisor when delivery is complete. Alert supervisor of any problems that occur during delivery. Follow proper dress code. Follow correct procedure for your delivery type. Operate forklifts, when authorized to do so, in a safe manner to assist in moving products to the required areas of the facility. Assist in maintaining equipment as assigned. Follow the direction of Leads and Supervisors to complete the task assigned. Knowledgeable about the various types of products; Completion of annual substance abuse, Hazardous Material 126F all applicable department training; Maintain punctual and regular attendance; Work overtime as needed; Work cooperatively with others; Perform other duties as assigned.
