Responsibilities Safely operate landscaping and groundskeeping vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and installing hardscape features Use hand tools and power tools for tasks like edging, pruning, aerating, and installing irrigation systems Maintain and operate groundskeeping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance Assist with construction projects such as installing pathways, retaining walls, or other hardscape features Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during outdoor work and equipment operation Identify plants, pests, and diseases to ensure proper plant care and pesticide management when necessary Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred Mechanical knowledge for operating and troubleshooting landscaping equipment and power tools Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and irrigation system management Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating landscaping trucks or similar vehicles is a plus - must pass background check with our insurance company with a clean driving record Strong adherence to safety protocols and ability to work in various weather conditions Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is advantageous Join us to bring outdoor spaces to life!
