Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in various types of truck driving, including but not limited to tractor-trailer, and flatbed. This role involves transporting oil field equipment efficiently and safely while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Operate trucks of various types, including manual/automatic transmission, flatbeds, and tankers. Safely load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition. Plan routes effectively for timely deliveries while considering traffic patterns and road conditions. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs for hours of service and vehicle inspections. Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues on the road. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial driving. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving and freight handling. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong attention to detail for safety checks and record keeping. Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
