Job Description
Gino's Collision Center has been in business over 45 years and we are expanding our towing team! Gino's is known for high quality work and excellent customer service, and we are a 100% drug and alcohol free work place. Compensation:
Based on experience: $800-$1000/full time, $21-$25/hour part time, guaranteed payEmployment Type:
Full Time, Part Time, various shiftsResponsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to police and the folks being towed
- Follow all safety protocols to protect the people and vehicles involved in the tow
- Ability to use a snatch block and skates
- Safely load and unload various types of vehicles in various conditions onto tow truck
- Maintain accurate tow slips and records for the respective tow
Requirements:
- Good driving record
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
- Active DOT card
- Ability to work flexible hours; days, nights, and weekends, with fixed schedule
- Police tow/trespass experience preferred
- Professional appearance as representative of Gino's Collision
- Willingness to always be learning regardless of historical experience
- Team Player
- Prior towing experience is preferred but not required as we will teach the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and professionalism with customers
- Ability to safely load, transport, and unload vehicles of various sizes from accidents
- Ability to drive down tight or crowded areas
- Ideally candidate lives within 30 minutes of our coverage areas
