Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Moving Crew Leader to run local and regional moving jobs. You will drive our trucks, lead a 2-to-4-person crew, and act as the main point of contact for our customers on-site. Our dispatch yard is located right in Concord, MA, making it a highly accessible morning drive for commuters coming from the Waltham, Marlborough, and Woburn areas.
What You'll Do:
Drive 16ft to 26ft box trucks safely to and from job sites. Wrap, pack, load, and unload household goods and office furniture. Lead, motivate, and train your crew members on proper moving techniques. Walk through job sites with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction. Safely manage moving equipment, paperwork, and digital payments. [3]

Reliable Transit & Punctuality :
