Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay :

$18.00 per hour.

Complete on-the-job training provided.

Work Schedule Days :

Tuesday through Saturday.

Hours :

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Weekends :

Every Saturday required as part of the standard shift.

Job Requirements Licensing :

Valid driver's license with a completely clean driving record.

Physical Ability :

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs consistently.

Commute :

Reliable transportation to our Canton warehouse.

Screenings :

Must pass a standard drug screen and a comprehensive background check.

Professionalism :

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent punctuality.

Key Responsibilities Route Navigation :

Safely operate company vehicles along designated Greater Boston collection routes.

Crew Leadership :

Lead on-the-job teamwork and collaborate effectively with your daily crew members.

Heavy Loading :

Safely load furniture, appliances, and bulky residential/commercial debris.

Eco-Sorting :

Sort materials to ensure 50-60% of items are successfully donated or recycled.

Customer Service :

Provide polite, professional interaction with clients at every pickup stop.

Property Care :

Ensure items are removed safely without causing building or vehicle damage.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
