Founded in 2006, our business is built on providing professional, friendly, and dependable service across Greater Boston. If you are an experienced driver who enjoys navigating local routes, working outdoors, and leading a crew, we want to hear from you!
Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay :
$18.00 per hour.
Extra Income :
Customer tips and performance incentives.
Time Off :
Paid time off and paid sick time.
Training :
Complete on-the-job training provided.
Work Schedule Days :
Tuesday through Saturday.
Hours :
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Weekends :
Every Saturday required as part of the standard shift.
Job Requirements Licensing :
Valid driver's license with a completely clean driving record.
Physical Ability :
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs consistently.
Commute :
Reliable transportation to our Canton warehouse.
Screenings :
Must pass a standard drug screen and a comprehensive background check.
Professionalism :
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent punctuality.
Key Responsibilities Route Navigation :
Safely operate company vehicles along designated Greater Boston collection routes.
Crew Leadership :
Lead on-the-job teamwork and collaborate effectively with your daily crew members.
Heavy Loading :
Safely load furniture, appliances, and bulky residential/commercial debris.
Eco-Sorting :
Sort materials to ensure 50-60% of items are successfully donated or recycled.
Customer Service :
Provide polite, professional interaction with clients at every pickup stop.
Property Care :
Ensure items are removed safely without causing building or vehicle damage.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
