Job Description
SEASONAL SNOW PLOW DRIVER
|CONCORD, MA
The Town of Concord is seeking seasonal Snow Plow Drivers (Non-CDL) to join the Public Works Department's Highway & Grounds Division for the 2026-2027 winter season. This position performs snow and ice removal operations on Town roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and pathways using plow trucks and other snow removal equipment. Hours vary based on weather conditions and snow events. Must be available to report to work for all plowable snow events from November 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, and possess a valid driver's license and DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card). At least one year of snow removal experience operations is required.Starting salary range:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour , depending on qualifications and experience. Applications will continue to be accepted until filled. Appointment of the final candidate will be contingent upon the results of pre-placement conditions including criminal and motor vehicle record checks, a physical exam, and a drug screening. Costs for these pre-placement requirements will be borne by the Town.Benefits
