Assisted Living Van Driver - Immediate Opening Looking for our next all-star employee with assisted living experience. POSITION SUMMARY

This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the safe transportation of each resident of the Community while on the company van. Assist residents on and off the van making sure safety protocols are followed and residents are securely buckled at all times. Strictly follow and abide by all local and state driving laws to include always wearing a seat belt. Perform daily safety checks on the van and advise management of any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and schedule preventative maintenance as required.

Other Essential Duties:

Personally get to know the residents of the community by communicating with other team members and departments, reviewing appropriate resident records, and direct conversation with residents. Participate in all required training, orientation, meetings, and programs offered by the employer. Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Participate in resident outings and assist as needed. While not driving, assist with resident activities under the direction of the Life Enrichment Director and Memory Care Director.
