Smash Truck Operator Smash My Trash Smash Truck Operator Foxboro, MA Apply The Role:

You\'ll run a local route in a 26,000 lb. Smash Truck, smashing waste at customer sites and getting home the same morning/day. Routes are local

• you\'re back at the yard daily, no overnights.

This is a consistent part-time schedule: 2-3 weekdays a week, typically starting early morning. We\'re also looking for people who can occasionally pick up a longer day or cover a shift when someone\'s out. It\'s a strong fit if your primary job or situation leaves you with reliable weekday availability and you\'re looking to add steady income. To be clear, this is a part-time role and will stay part-time. If you\'re looking for full-time hours, this isn\'t the right fit. Most of our operators come from a driving background. No CDL is required

What You\'ll Do:

• Safely drive a 26,000 lb. single-axle truck on a local daily route
• Operate the hydraulic smashing drum at each customer site
• Complete pre
• and post-trip truck inspections using our checklist
• Log your work and route activity in our mobile app
• Keep the truck and equipment clean; handle basic preventative maintenance and flag mechanical issues
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch right away
• Be the face of Smash My Trash at customer sites

What We\'re Looking For:

• Experience driving trucks or operating heavy machinery
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean record (CDL not required, but a plus)
• Reliability above all

• Comfort with a physical job in all weather
• Comfortable using a smartphone app to track routes and log work
• Consistent weekday-morning availability, plus flexibility to cover a full day now and then
