Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NIGHT Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating tankers for Gas/Oil. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Operate trucks equipped with manual/automatic transmissions and various trailers. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and cargo delivered in compliance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Adhere to all safety protocols while driving and handling cargo to minimize risks on the road. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience in truck driving, particularly with tractor-trailer combinations. Familiarity with operating, manual and automatic transmission vehicles is required. Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations governing commercial driving. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently. Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
