Class A CDL Driver C.E. Roberts Jr. & Sons Construction Inc., based in Goshen, MA, looking for a reliable Class A CDL driver to haul materials and equipment between suppliers, yards, and job sites throughout the area. This is a hands-on role — you'll be driving, loading, and pitching in with manual labor as needed.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites Operate heavy machinery as needed on job sites Load and unload materials, often by hand Perform pre

•and post-trip vehicle inspections Assist with general labor on job sites as needed (site prep, cleanup, moving materials) Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork Follow all DOT and job site safety regulations Communicate with site supervisors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record Experience operating heavy machinery General understanding of construction principles and practices Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable with physical labor beyond just driving 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred Must pass DOT physical and drug screening Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a small team Preferred (a plus, not required): Experience with heavy equipment mechanical work/repair
