Description:

Spring Valley began on a small family farm in Jackson, WI in 1961 and has grown into a leading manufacturer of fertilizers and ice melter products. From our 8 blending locations and multiple shipping locations, we serve a wide variety of customer markets including distributors, co-ops, and retailers throughout the United States and internationally. Spring Valley became a part of the Interoceanic (IOC) family of companies in 2022. Our company continues to grow and expand, which presents many new opportunities. Our Hatfield, MA plant is eagerly seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

Used forklift and other powered industrial equipment to load trailers. Connect/Disconnect trailers to yard shuttle. Move trailers and drop in specified locations in the lot area. Assist the production staff in producing product or the warehouse department in shipping product. Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing equipment. Inventory current equipment as needed. Ability to unload railcars in a safe and timely manner

Requirements:

Successful team members will have: Valid Class A CDL Ability to pass training and operate powered industrial equipment High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently Priority for safety and following established safety programs.
